- Recorded Audio: Voice recordings (Premium feature)
- App Preferences: Settings like notification times and themes
Automatically Collected Information
We collect minimal technical data to ensure the App functions properly:
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data to fix bugs (via Apple's standard crash reporting)
- App Analytics: Basic usage statistics like app opens (anonymized, via Apple App Analytics if you've opted in)
We do not collect: your location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any personal identifiers.
How Your Data is Stored
Local Storage (Default)
All your content is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure Core Data framework. This data is encrypted by iOS and protected by your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.
iCloud Sync (Optional)
If you enable iCloud sync:
- Your data syncs to your private Apple iCloud account
- Apple encrypts this data end-to-end
- Your data syncs across all your devices signed into the same Apple ID
- We never have access to your iCloud data - it goes directly between your devices and Apple's servers
You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings. Your data will remain on your device.
How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to:
- Display your affirmations during practice sessions
- Track your progress and streaks
- Generate statistics about your practice
- Sync data across your devices (if enabled)
- Restore deleted items within the 30-day recovery period
We do not use your data for: advertising, profiling, marketing, or sharing with third parties.
Data Retention
- Active Data: Stored until you delete it
- Deleted Items: Recoverable for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- Account Deletion: Delete all data via Settings > Delete All Data
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access: View all your data within the App
- Export: Download your data as .txt or .json files via Settings > Export Data
- Delete: Remove individual items or all data at any time
- Recover: Restore deleted items within 30 days
- Portability: Export and transfer your data wherever you like
Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and subscription management
- Apple iCloud: For optional cross-device sync (uses Apple's privacy policy)
- Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscriptions
We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Security
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
